Gail Davies

Gail Davies was born and raised in England, diligently studying ballet, tap and jazz. She began her career doing pantomimes and traveling with various musicals, and in the late 80xs migrated to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Gail's client list reads like an international who's who. For Disney she choreographed the Emmy nominated Super Bowl 2000 Half Time Show in Atlanta. Gail was Co-Director & Choreographer for the 2002 Paralympics Winter Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which won an Emmy Award for Best Direction, Daytime Programming. She choreographed for Berlin's famed Friedrichstadtpalast, as well as the Heineken Night Live Pop Concert with British director Anthony Van Laast to a live audience of 20,000 in Holland.

During her time in Holland, she solidified a connection with Stage Entertainment, working with Hans Klok, choreographing and directing his Las Vegas show at Planet Hollywood with Pamela Anderson and his current hit European tour.

She directs and choreographs multi-million dollar productions around the world. She is in high demand as she can discuss issues covering the full realm of stage production.

Adolf Von Spee, Costumes

Adolf is an artist in the truest sense of the word. He has the artistic ability to draw his visions in exquisite color and detail. He can design for large and small scale shows. He can pick the fabric, cut it, sew it, embroider it, bead it, color it or whatever the imagination can imagine.

He has dressed many celebrities, including Diana Ross, Cher, Patti Labelle, Donna Summer, Celia Cruz, David Copperfield, Joan Rivers and Wayne Newton just to name a few. He has experience in television working on the set of the hit TV show Hart to Hart with Robert Wagner and Stephanie Powers. He has worked backstage in just about every showroom in Las Vegas and in many around the world.

Adolf and Gail have been friends for over 20 years, first working together in La Cage at the Riviera in Las Vegas. They have collaborated from the beginning from showcases, to cruise ship shows and the largest galas that one can imagine.

Adolf shows no signs of slowing down. On every job he is there from the beginning planning stages of the creative team meetings all the way through opening night, becoming invaluable to the performers, the staff and especially, to the producers.

Sian Bradbury, Creative Assistant, Worldwide

Sian started working for Gail Davies as a Dancer on MS Asuka II in 2010, she worked her way up to Dance Captain and Company Manager and in 2014 became the Creative Assistant for Choreography by Gail inc.  
Her role in the company has seen her co-direct and perform in `A Liberace Tribute Christmas show` on the Las Vegas Strip, assist as the backstage manager for `The night of the one hundred Magicians` at the London Palladium, Work with the dancers of the `Pin up` show at the Stratosphere Casino, Las Vegas, Co-direct two New Years Eve events at the Stratosphere Casino, las Vegas, teach and install three new shows on board MS Asuka II and assist in opening Island Heat at the Tropicana Casino, Las Vegas.
Before joining CBG Sian worked as a dancer and Dance Captain for Morag Productions, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, P & O Cruise line and Costa Cruises.  Sian has also worked for Poet Productions in the largest Casino theatre in Europe as an aerial artist, dancer and feature Personage in two brand new shows, performing skills such as the Spanish web, Aerial harness and Lira.  
Other career opportunities have seen her perform as a Showgirl in Slovenia, Madeira and Portugal, tour in a Childrens television show, teach at her Grandmothers Dance school in England and choreograph many Wedding dances in London.
Taking on the role of Creative Assistant for CBG Inc, enables Sian to use her passion and drive as a dancer, teacher and company manager to help the company grow and continue to prosper, and to work with hugely talented dancers, Singers, Adage teams, choreographers, technicians, costume designers and directors that make up the CBG family. Sian and Gail came up with the company Motto; Dedication, Determination and Desire and always instill this concept into their work.

Lauren Beare, Assistant Choreographer, Lead Training Coach

Lauren has been working as a dancer professionally for the last decade. CBG provided Lauren her first big performance opportunity after graduating from Laine Theatre Arts (London), in Stage Entertainments European arena tour- 'Faster Than Magic'. This later brought her to Las Vegas and the Planet Hollywood hotel and casino to perform in 'The Beauty of Magic'.

As well as tours and casino shows in both Las Vegas and Macau (China), Lauren has appeared in multiple pantomimes, corporate events and featured in production shows on several cruise lines- including for CBG on the MS Asuka II.

Her dedication and hard work paid off as she began to find herself selected as dance captain and company manager in various jobs. This gave her the experience and knowledge to become CBG's lead training coach, mounting the shows onto new cast members and assisting Gail in creating exciting and innovative productions.

Her energy and love of choreography allows Lauren to understand and assist the performer to achieve the highest standard, which CBG is known for.

Gene Sironen, Musical Director

Gene has been producing and arranging music for singers and shows for over 30 years. His work can be heard in shows such as, Legends in Concert and The World's Greatest Magic Show.

As a performer, Gene has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with; jazz great, Chick Corea; jazz vocalist, Gayle Moran Corea; country legend, Kenny Rogers; singer/songwriter, David Pomeranz; Righteous Brother, Bill Medley; Australian singing sensation, Kate Cebrano; Celestial Navigations; amazing vocalist, Raven Kane; arranger extraordinaire, David Campbell; and others.

Growing up in Grand Rapids, MI, and moving to Las Vegas in 1978, Gene played Trombone, Trumpet, Flugelhorn, Tuba, Flute and Keys. He just kept adapting to the situation. Whatever was needed and wanted. In fact, he still plays them all! Gene performed many years with his singing partner, Doug Masters, doing a "Tribute To The Righteous Brothers." They had the opportunity to honor Bill Medley recently with a performance, as he received the 1st "Louis Prima Award" in Las Vegas.

Ryuji Segami, Lighting

Ryuji Segami lives in Yokohama, Japan. He is well versed in all areas of stage production, but took a particular interest in lighting design. He is familiar and has worked with all of the various lighting consoles in use today. His skills are unique in that he is equally comfortable lighting a rock concert or an intimate cabaret night club.

Gail met Segami while producing shows aboard NYKC's Asuka II 5 star luxury cruise ship. Segami assisted Gail's lighting director to interface with the equipment aboard the ship, and Gail quickly recognized his keen eye. On her next production, Gail contracted Segami to do the lighting. The results were extraordinary and very artistic. His lighting can be seen in many of the videos on this website.

Buzz Wolfe - Digital Media

Buzz is a showbiz veteran, studying dance in New York City before moving to Vegas in 1986, where he performed in many shows on the Las Vegas strip. He brings his show business experience to the art of video production. He has been a local favorite among theatrical artists because his sense of musical timing and eye for creative concepts saves them hours of time in the editing process.

Buzz Wolfe has been President/Chief Production Manager at Sundance Video in Las Vegas for the past 20 years. Demand for his ample skills in producing, directing, writing, editing and Website design and management have been the key to Sundance Video’s continual growth.

His intimate knowledge of every aspect of video & multi-media production, combined with his pleasant, upbeat personality and strong sense of commitment and responsibility, make him a perfect choice to oversee our many production departments.

 John Critchley, Sound & Lighting Designer

John was born and raised in Yorkshire, England. For the last 15 years he has been working professionally on the Technical side of Entertainment around the world.

John started working in theatre at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and other music concerts and events. It was followed by working and commissioning the sound and lighting for many internationally recognized UK and worldwide-based bands, theatre productions and comedians. He found himself immersed in the entertainment world and has managed not only local but European and worldwide projects in South Africa, the USA, South America and Canada. John has extensively covered all areas of Technical Entertainment. They include lighting and sound engineering, project design and install, to consultancy and project management for highly innovative entertainment pieces, through to the conceptual installs of the venues. John has spent time commissioning state of the art interactive systems for privately owned luxury mega yachts and cruise ships.

John loves his work and the variety of experiences that it offers. He is happy to join the CBG team to add his expertise of Technical Entertainment!

Bob Schultz, Lighting Consultant

Bob presently lives in Las Vegas Nevada and has created the lighting for many production shows which have entertained millions of people during a successful 30 year career. He has also held many titles such as Production Manager, Stage Manager and Production Designer.

He has extensive knowledge in all fields of show production and has extensive knowledge of all lighting consoles and equipment from the beginning days to present.

He has been the Lighting Designer for Siegfried and Roy at the Mirage Hotel and Casino along with many other productions’s which have been seen not only in Las Vegas but all over the world. Schultz also has an extensive amount of credits in Television and Film production from Movies to Magic specials to Rock and roll concerts.

Bob takes a lot of pride in his work and has direct contact and interaction with the major manufacturer’s who supply the world with equipment to make a producer’s vision become a reality.
